Hello,
I’m Rachel, a Trauma-informed Birth Doula who supports birthing parents and their families to experience their most beautiful, empowered and healing birth journey from the safety, comfort and magic of their own home. Alongside this, I am also a Postnatal Holistic Therapist and Nanny as well as studying to become a Counsellor.
Since becoming a Doula, I have experienced supporting home births, freebirths, water births, hospital births, pre-term arrivals, HBAC (Home Birth After Caesarean), postnatal care during time in NICU and families exposed to adverse experiences at time of birth.
Being a heart-centred, woman-centric healer with a career background originally dedicated to optimising mental health then evolving into supporting and empowering birthing people to express their needs and desires through strength in their voice and self-belief, my offerings weave together safe sacred space, therapeutic communication, transformational journeying and reconnection with your most authentic, aligned and empowered self.
