As a small business, we need to have policies to keep us afloat. Please remember that these are policies are standard and do not illustrate any lack of empathy for individual circumstances.
Payment
- There is a non-refundable deposit required for all of our courses.
- You are required to pay in full within 4 weeks of the Course start date.
- You are eligible to pay the full course fee if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the training begins. Please ensure you have read and understood this, as we will invoice you the full course fee after this date.
Payment Plans
- We offer payment plans when requested before your registration and booking is made. Please contact us directly in advance of booking.
- We require you to set up a standing order of other means of automated payment and send us a screenshot (with similar, if not identical amounts to be deposited weekly or monthly), as agreed in advance.
- Payment plans are to be completed by the start of, or by the end of the course, at the latest.
- We require all payment plans to be managed by yourself and for us to be kept updated if and when anything should change, such as the amount you’re transferring or the timing. We will not be able to tell you how much you owe, as we expect you to be able to tell us!
Cancellations
- Your Deposit is non-refundable.
- In certain severe circumstances, we may offer you the opportunity to transfer your deposit to another course, which would be honoured for up to 1 year (subject to all other previous reservations and bookings). This offer is available if the request to postpone is made within 6 weeks notice of the original course start date. Each request is dealt with individually and we reserve the right to refuse any transfer requests.
- Cancelling the Training week closer than 1 month to the start date will incur full payment of all course fees.
- In the very unlikely event that your registration is rejected, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
- If the course is cancelled for any reason, all course fees would be immediately refunded.
- We reserve the right to change facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances.
Registration
- We reserve the right to refuse any registrations at any time , to ensure the wellbeing of the group at large and the course facilitator.
