Welcome dear sister, I am so glad you are here! My name is Nicole and I am a woman, a mother and a daughter of the Earth. I am also a doula, a sacred circle holder and a pregnancy yoga facilitator.
I was called to the birth world after listening to a woman share her empowering and blissful home birth story. It was one of those pivotal moments in my life where I realised that the stories I had been told about birth thus far were wrong - that birth could (and should) be an empowering, transformational experience which allows a woman to feel fully connected to her intuition and to that place of both strength and softness within her. I brought my son earth side with my husband and my doula by my side, and I can without a doubt say that my birth would have unfolded differently had it not been for the unwavering presence of my doula. After moving through the birth portal myself, I felt this deeper call to be with women as they navigate their own path to motherhood and I enrolled for my Conscious Birthing training with the incredible Samsara Tanner who I am now blessed to have as my mentor.
I believe that with every birth, a woman goes on a journey through a transformational rite of passage which will change her in the most beautifully profound way. It is my intention to walk alongside you and your partner on this journey - to nourish and celebrate you, to remind you how powerful and capable you are, to hold space for you to come back to your own intuition, to invite you to connect with your amazing body and your baby, and to support you to navigate this rite of passage from a place of empowerment and ease.
We will spend our time together weaving a blend of story and knowledge sharing, time outside in nature, gentle movement, guided relaxation, loving touch massage, sharing nourishing meals, simple practices to guide you back to your feminine intuition; as well as delving into all the practicalities around creating the birth and postpartum that you are calling in. You deserve to be held and honoured as you navigate this profoundly beautiful rite of passage. Together, we can ensure that you and your partner enter parenthood rooted in a deep sense of unwavering trust in your ability to raise and nurture your beautiful child.
