Hi I’m Natasha, a doula based in Cardiff and South Wales. Huge congratulations to you on your pregnancy and coming birth. This is an exciting time for you and your family and the most magical journey awaits you.
You may feel there are so many unknowns within your pregnancy and birth journey, this is where you may feel you need some friendly, gentle support to answer questions, help work through any fears or anxiety and get you on the path to positivity and empowerment. You may feel the need for someone to protect and advocate for you and your needs when the time comes.
Through my own experiences of my three births and through supporting other amazing mamas through theirs I am totally inspired to nurture other women through this beautiful process so that women trust their bodies, tap into their instincts to intuitively know what to do through their labours. It is a unique journey for each woman and I’m here to help you understand, plan, research, signpost and support you throughout pregnancy, labour and beyond.
I have had the pleasure of training with some amazing people including in person on a five day course with Kate Woods and Cassandra West at Conscious Birthing. A two year doula mentorship with Cassandra West. Online courses with Michelle Odent and Lilliana Lammers and a pregnancy and birth homoeopathy course with Zoe Scanlon.
Having grown up hugely influenced by nature during my time spent on my grandparents’ farm, surrounded by the animals on the farm and fully immersed in seasons and the cycle of life I have a deep understanding of how nature provides all that is needed at the right times and so have understood to respect it, be patient and interfere as little as possible. I feel these are the core elements needed for birth. I’ve seen it so many times that when we trust our bodies and let the flow happen it creates magical and empowering births. The right hormones flood the body to help at different stages of birth which makes for an efficient and euphoric labour.
Whilst supporting you through your pregnancy and birth journey I always try to bring nature to the forefront of our sessions whether it be a walk through the surrounding parks, beaches or fields where we can collect and forage together whilst chatting about all things birth related. Or perhaps by simply learning and understanding breathing techniques and helpful tools to aid relaxation, enhance positivity and bring calm to the space. Nutrition and movement is also key to a happy pregnancy and baby so I am always keen to bring these into my sessions so each time we learn and develop good habits throughout this magical time.
I believe our ancestral motherline and birth knowledge is deep within us, we just need to give ourselves the space and time to connect to it internally and really understand our baby whilst they are a part of us in preparation for the amazing birth journey when they meet us earthside.

Testimonials
“Natasha played an essential role in helping me to take an hour or two out to relax and focus on the upcoming birth and everything that would come with that. Being out in nature and the empowerment and positive mindset that comes with that is something Natasha promotes in her sessions, this certainly helped me immensely.”
“For anyone interested in having the support of a doula, I would highly recommend Natasha. It was such a positive experience for me and she has so much knowledge, empathy and experience to offer.”
“Having suffered with a traumatic first birth with a long cascade of medical interventions in hospital I knew I needed someone with compassion and strength to advocate for me during my next pregnancy and birth. Natasha was amazing and worked with me for seven months on the lead up to my birth. She was with me and my partner through labour at home and in hospital where I gave birth to my second baby in a calming environment in the birthing pool.
I cannot believe the difference having Natasha as a doula has made to the entire process. I’m happily breastfeeding and loving every memory of the beautiful, empowering moment I birthed my baby naturally.”
