I am a passionate and dedicated Birth and Postnatal Mentored Doula, and a mother of four children ranging in age from 14 to 23. With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of teaching and leading across Early Year and Primary schools, both in the UK and internationally in Dubai.
I am a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), supporting children and families with diverse needs and have extensive experience of working with individuals from a vast range of cultural backgrounds. Throughout my personal and professional life, I have always been driven by a deep commitment to working with others and helping them to bring out the best in themselves.
I am passionate about empowering families to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to pregnancy, birth, and beyond. As a doula, I am here to help expectant couples exercise their right to choose how they experience pregnancy and birth — because I believe it is their body, their baby, and their birth. My approach is centred around being a wise, listening ear, offering guidance, mentorship, and support. I understand that when a baby is born, so is a mother, and I honour that transformational journey.
I work to help women trust their bodies and their intuition, providing the emotional and practical support they need. I am committed to empowering, nurturing, and caring for families, ensuring they feel safe, informed, and supported every step of the way.
