I’m Kate, a certified birth and postnatal doula living with my partner and two kids by the beautiful mountains of Eryri, North Wales.
I’ve always been a birth nerd, in awe of the power of women, yet it wasn’t until my own births that I was summoned to step into the role of birth + postnatal support.
I provide a personalised package depending on your experience, desires and needs for support with the overall goal of harnessing your intuitive wisdom. I’m here to hold space for you and your birth partner, actively working with your partner assuring they’re supported as they also walk this journey alongside you.
My aim is to create a safe space where you are able to voice any of your concerns, without judgement, and I will always offer you the access to unbiased and up-to-date research so you can make the best informed choice for yourself. I believe that the birth and motherhood journey should not be walked alone and I’m privileged to support all aspects of birth and birth settings.
