My name is Jess and I am a passionate doula originally from Oxfordshire, now residing in South Wales. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of women and birth, I offer a range of services to support women throughout their journey.
As a doula, I provided compassionate and personalized support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and based around your needs. Beyond doula work, I'm also a massage therapist and facilitate women's circles, creating safe and supportive spaces for women to connect, share experiences, and build on their existing intuition.
